Artful Addiction is dedicated to everyone's health and wellbeing: This means putting extra measures in place to care for you, the client as well as our Artists and delivery drivers.

• With Auckland currently at Alert Level 2, we can operate reduced services in the area - contactless delivery of physical products is still available from our webstore.
• With the rest of NZ currently at Alert Level 1, we are now taking service bookings with increased Health and Safety Requirements.
• Contactless Delivery is in place with our service providers, our webstore remains open: however some delays may be experienced depending on package volume in the system. Each order is carefully sanitized and packed at our end.Our Face and Body Artists taking bookings outside the Auckland Area will be:

1. Arriving earlier to set up for increased measures
2. Practicing physical distancing where it is within our control
3. Operating on a single use sponge basis
4. Sanitising between each face
5. Using Disinfectant
6. Have an Artist Hand Washing Station set up
7. Providing wipes for parents or caregivers to use on childrens faces whilst waiting in line
8. Not painting any person with a dirty face
9. Not painting any person with any symptoms of illness
